Tuvaak Master

In the frost covered lands of the north, the Inuit people rely on The Tuvaak Master as their Warlord and leader of the hunt. His skill at hunting caribou, seal, whale, and bear translates into a fearful ability as a predator and he possesses endurance far beyond that of normal men. With layered hides and bone armor, and a notched harpoon, the Tuvaak Master is feared for his command of the harshest battlefields.

The Inuit created sleds to help them quickly move across terrain without stopping.  The Tuvaak Master on Nanuq Qamutiik lets your warlord take his polar bear sled to speed across the battlefield and cause havoc amongst his enemies or quickly hunt down prey.  Calling upon the spirit of the Polar Bear, the Tuvaak master adds their strength to his and fights alongside them to fearsome effect.

Angakkuq

The goddess Sedna has dominion over the seas and is the creator of all sea life.  The Angakkuq harnesses the power of Sedna to manipulate the environment by calling winds and water to do her bidding.  The Inuit people rely on the blessings gathered by the Angakkug to befriend the animal spirits of the north and bring success to hunts and battles.

A critical part of the Inuit lifestyle is hunting both the animals of the land and sea.  Both are dangerous prospects in the cold and unforgiving climate of the arctic. The Arvik Tuvaak whale hunters are specialists at delivering death at a distance.  Able to wield bows with proficiency, but also replace them with harpoons depending on their prey.  They can either piece their foes with bone arrowheads or hurl a harpoon to drag opponents into danger and closer to their waiting allies.

A critical part of the Inuit lifestyle is hunting both the animals of the land and sea. Both are dangerous prospects in the cold and unforgiving climate of the arctic. The Tuktu Tuvaak bear hunters fearlessly take on the largest Polar Bear, Caribou and Musk Ox to either bring the creatures spirits under their command or hunt them for food and protection. With heavy furs and sharp whale bone spears, the Tuktu Tuvaak are relentless hunters

The Inuit created sleds to help them quickly move across terrain without stopping.  The Qimmiq Qamutiik can speed across the battlefield faster than many enemies or prey with its hard working dog team.  The supplies the sled carries can be used to deliver food and materials to Inuit hunters anywhere on the battlefield.  The musher of the Qimmiq Qamutiik also carries a whale fat lamp converted into a flaming bomb that can be hurled into the midst of its enemies.

Amarok

A creature summoned from myth, a massive wolf stalking the icy wastes of the north brings fear to hunters that stray late at night without hunting companions. The monstrous Amarok can let loose a chilling howl to freeze the heart of its foes.  Its keen nose can scent enemies and quickly  track down and kill cornered foes. With its speed and endurance there are very few creatures that can find a place safe from an Amarok on the hunt.

Some spirits do not settle into one body, they shift from form to form, creatures that are unnatural to the way of things. The ljiraq is one of these spirits and no matter the form it takes, its red eyes remain as a sign something is amiss with this being.  While known and feared for striking from the shadows, the speed of these creatures and their ability to form their hands in viscions claws makes them frightening foes in combat.

The spirits of all creatures interact in the cold winds of the north.  The powerful spirits of the Polar Bear, through prayers and sacrifice to Sedna can be brought to fight alongside the Inuit people.  The Nanuq Guardians have thick fur, sharp fangs, and powerful claws making them fearsome in the a fight
